Terms of Service

Juls Photography and Company shall own the copyright in all images created and may use the work for samples, contests, exhibition, advertising and self-promotion. The client is obtaining digital images and/or print images for personal use only and shall not sell or authorize any reproductions thereof the party of the photographer. The client agrees that they will under no circumstances alter any images that are placed on public internet or printed. Client understands they and no other persons outside of the photographer can add filters, adjust editing in any way, crop or any other circumstance that alters the image. 

Client accepts that all photographs will be taken and edited at the photographers discretion based on the photographers experience and artistic view, as well as taking into consideration weather the day of the session.
